Create your account in a minute. Every driver and passenger completes a short video verification with our team before the account is activated.

Choose your ride type

City to City between Makkah and Madinah, or Ziyarat Within City. Search by date and time, then compare fares, seats and the languages each driver speaks.

Book your seat, pay in cash

Request a seat and the driver confirms. You pay the driver directly on the trip at the per-seat fare you saw when booking — nothing more.

The things people ask us most before their first booking.

Makkah and Madinah. City to City rides run between the two, in both directions. Ziyarat Within City rides run inside either one, between the Ziyarat sites we list. We would rather cover two cities properly than claim to be everywhere.

A City to City Ride takes you from one city to the other — you pick a departure city and a destination city. A Ziyarat Within City Ride stays inside one city and follows a route through the Ziyarat sites; you choose which site you are picked up at and which one or more you are dropped at. Booking, fares and cash payment work the same way for both.

Every account — driver or passenger — goes through a short video verification call with our admin team before it is activated. We confirm identity, and for drivers we also check the vehicle details before any ride can be published. On top of that, every completed trip feeds a reliability score that filters out repeat offenders.

Passengers pay the driver in cash on the trip, at the per-seat fare shown when booking. There is nothing to link and nothing to top up. Drivers keep a small wallet on the platform, and our commission for each confirmed seat is deducted from it — never from the passenger.

Yes. While a request is still pending with the driver you can cancel it at any time, free of charge. After it is confirmed you can still cancel up to the cutoff shown on your booking with no penalty; cancelling later than that reduces your reliability score. If a driver cancels on you, you are notified straight away and the seat is released so you can search again.

Sign up as a driver, register your vehicle, and complete the video verification call with our team — usually done within a day. After that you can publish City to City or Ziyarat rides, set your fare and seats, and start accepting booking requests.
